Yes, believe it or not, the kid in the picture is none other than Ranveer Singh! The Bajirao Mastani actor shared a throwback picture of him with the Airlift actor. While Ranveer is almost unrecognisable in the snap, Akshay – in his yellow shirt, black trousers and the longish hair – reminds one of his Khiladi days. Like a true blue fan, Ranveer also shared how he is looking forward to Akshay’s Rustom.
Looks like Ranveer can’t wait for Akshay’s upcoming release and why not? The film is touted to be a suspense thriller, which is loosely based on the 1959 Nanavati case where Kawas Manekshaw Nanavati murdered his wife’s lover, Prem Ahuja. Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, Rustom features Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta and Arjan Bajwa in pivotal roles. It is all set to release on August 12.
